  Siemens SRS300 XRF Spectrometer. A nice spectrometer, this. We've been looking after it on site for a few years. Diffraction Technology software is available, of course... It's taking up a lot of our storage space, so Arthur will be agreeable/keen to arrange a good price!

  Philips PW1400 XRF Full specification X-Ray Spectrometer in excellent condition complete with PC software and comprising Cr or Rh tube, 6 crystals including PX1-Ovonix 55 and 4 position sample changer. All for less than 20,000 pounds! Sample changer available as an extra option.

  Stoe Stadi 4 single crystal diffractometer set for use with Mo radiation and configured for computer control
